just take some caramel yogurt, mini peanut butter cups, raspberries, strawberries with crushed graham crackers on top and you can have some goodness too
another angle of the goodness and a display of the discipline I have to not fill this big ole paper cup to the tippity top of all of its contents. that's right...i can stop at half a cup. now when it comes to how quickly i ate it, that's another story. so what if i barely made it out of the parking lot? whatever.
